Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Redpoint Van Parts. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of new and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Customer-initiated returns are eligible for return, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This includes:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or quantity
- Fitment issues, incompatible trim or panels, or vehicle modifications
- No longer needing the product
If the issue was caused by an error in our product listing, incorrect guidance from Redpoint Van Parts, a defective product, damaged shipment, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the related return shipping cost.
Redpoint Van Parts may provide a prepaid return label. For customer-initiated returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned items must be packed securely in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@redpointvanture.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or there is a fitment issue
Returns must be approved before being sent back. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return instructions or a return shipping label. Returns that are not shipped within that timeframe may be closed and may require a new return request.
3. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong model, size, or color, we are happy to help with an exchange.
To start an exchange:
- Contact us with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
For customer-initiated exchanges, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. If the exchange is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment, we will cover the related shipping costs.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will:
- Provide a prepaid return label if the item needs to be returned.
- Send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund.
- Cover all shipping costs related to the return and replacement.
5. Shipping Delays
If a shipment is significantly delayed and you no longer wish to receive the order, please contact us. In certain cases, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped, but we will do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they have shipped.
We process orders quickly, often within 1–3 business days. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return under this Return Policy. For customer-initiated returns after shipment, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refusing delivery or failing to accept a shipment does not cancel the order. Any return shipping charges or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- A damaged shipment
- An incorrect item sent by us
8. Important Notes
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging.
Redpoint Van Parts reserves the right to deny a return if the item is not in new condition.
If a returned item does not meet the return eligibility conditions, including items that are used, installed, damaged, modified, dirty, or not in original packaging, the return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, or the return may be refused.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased from other retailers or third-party sellers.
