Warranty policy
All products sold by Redpoint Van Parts that are manufactured in house are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, for the production lifetime of the product.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
1. What is Covered
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects, including:
- Material defects
- Workmanship defects
- Product failure under normal intended use
If a product is determined to be defective, Redpoint Van Parts will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
2. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage due to improper use or installation
- Mold or mildew caused by environmental conditions
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Damage caused by accidents
- Damage caused by extreme heat, chemicals, or cleaning agents
- Products not manufactured by Redpoint Van Parts
Any modification to a product will void the warranty.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at info@redpointvanture.com with the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
- Your contact information
Our team will review the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return if necessary.
4. Shipping for Warranty Claims
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Redpoint Van Parts will cover shipping costs related to the warranty claim.
If the product is found not to be defective or the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
5. Additional Information
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferable.
Redpoint Van Parts reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage.
